What time does pickup start?

For sunrise tours, pickup is around 03:00 AM from Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, and Nusa Dua; 03:30 AM from Ubud; or you can meet us directly at our Songan Basecamp at 04:30 AM.

How do we pay for our tour?

No upfront deposit is required! You can pay easily on the spot upon arrival at our basecamp via Cash (IDR, USD, EUR, AUD) or Credit/Debit Card.

What should we wear and bring?

Mount Batur morning temperatures range between 15°C - 19°C. We recommend wearing a warm jacket, long pants, comfortable shoes, sunglasses, and bringing a camera.

What if the weather is bad?

Our 4WD Jeeps are equipped with weather-proof covers. In the rare event of severe weather warnings, you may reschedule free of charge or cancel with zero penalty.
